Management Fair - Thursday 23 February 2012

Friday 12 April 2013

Everyone in your organisation is important

HR Focus FAIR

Advance booking to HR Focus Fair has now closed, but you can come along on the day and purchase workshops, depending on availability.

Whether you are a small or large charity, this day will help with a choice of just one, or a range of workshops from HR and employment specialists who understand the voluntary sector. On this day you can choose from a range of topics, all focused on different aspects of HR.

New for 2013

Purchase one or two single workshops at only £45 per workshop, or if you want to book three workshops then get our fantastic day rate at £125 (including lunch).

Workshops are one and a half hours long, providing you with immersive, in-depth training.

More than any other organisation, a charity is dependent on the performance of its people. Even though you may have just one person ‘holding the HR fort’, this does not mean it is not important or just about compliance and contracts. Being proactive in HR is about supporting your people and getting ahead to achieve results and outcomes.

HR has never been as important to the sector as it is now. The motivation, productivity and performance of staff is essential for any organisation and how this is managed, supported, implanted and improved is crucial. An ideal networking opportunity to meet others dealing with similar challenges, this day offers help with ideas and morale.
