is the employment partner with the Charity and Social Business Team at Russell-Cooke. Jane advises charities and not-for-profit organisations on all aspects of employment law and provides practical support to charities’ HR departments. Jane writes and provides training widely in the sector.

Paul Ticher
One of the leading experts on Data Protection in the voluntary sector, and author of the DSC's popular book Data Protection for Voluntary Organisations.

His Data Protection sessions make a potentially dry subject relevant and engaging. His wider work on information management includes IT - especially CRM systems - data analysis and survey techniques among both staff and service users.

Annette Strong
An HR consultant and training specialist with over 10 years experience within the private and voluntary sector. Having worked predominantly at senior management level, she has the skills to enable the translation of strategy and theory into practice with practical hands on approach to engaging with people at all levels. is an HR consultant working in the voluntary sector with more than 25 years experience. She is passionate about the importance of mangers having HR skills and specialises in all aspects of HR including managing reorganisation projects.
